Posts: 1 2-Apr-2008 23:50:33	Hi all I have a problem. I have a gold coin. It was from my grand father, he buy it from mayer mint. For now I can't upload the picture because I don't have a digital camera. My question is on which site I can sell my coin?? I want to sell it for $30,000. Anyone can help me???? It has a huge audience, plenty of coins in the mix and you can set a reserve if you want to make sure you sell it for a certain amount. It looks to me that it has an ounce of gold and I believe that price of an ounce of gold will be one of the major factors in determing the price. Gold is selling at approximately $902.00 an ounce. The other factor would be demand for the coin. I have never seen this coin before so I do not know what the demand is. You could also take it to a coin dealer and see what they might offer to buy it for. Good luck! Chris
