I have a mis-stamped 1965 quarter and I would like to find out what it's worth. It's about two quarters thick on the back side of the head and about as
thick as a piece of paper folded twice on the other.

peterbuilt,
Welcome to the forum! I'm not sure exactly what you mean by the thickness of one side or the other. Are you saying the overall thickness of the quarter is that of two quarters? Any pictures you could provide would be very helpful in helping us to come up with an estimate for its value. |

Welcome to the forum peterbuilt! I also think a photo would help. It sounds like you have an interesting quarter.

Peter built it sound like you have a mis-stamped coin. What I mean is this could be struck on a nickel or dime planket. But without picture this is
speculation.
